Palette Hire is looking to hire for a Marketing Manager/ Lead for a D2C first - Cookware brand, backed by Gaja Capital.

Budget - Upto 25 Lacs

Key Responsibilities
Shape the brand’s positioning, communication and overall marketing strategy
Build campaigns and marketing initiatives rooted in real customer and category insights
Work closely with creative, content, performance, product and ecommerce teams to take ideas from brief to execution
Lead launches, new category initiatives and other growth opportunities
Own marketing budgets and be closely involved in revenue, margins and metrics like CAC, ROAS and conversion
Keep a close eye on what’s working, what isn’t, and use data to continuously sharpen the marketing engine
Build consistency across the brand’s communication and customer experience as the business grows

What makes you a fit?
4–9 years of experience in marketing, ideally with D2C, ecommerce or consumer brands
Experience working with a consumer brand at meaningful scale




Robust grounding in both brand and performance marketing
Someone who naturally starts with the customer and can turn consumer understanding into sharp marketing
Experience owning budgets and being accountable for business metrics such as revenue, margins or P&L;
Robust communication skills and a positive eye for brand, creative and detail
MBA / PGDM from a strong institution is preferred
