Role Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Meta Ads Intern to join our performance marketing team. This internship provides hands-on experience in creating, managing, and optimizing Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns. You will gain practical exposure to campaign setup, audience targeting, ad creative strategy, performance monitoring, and reporting—making this an excellent opportunity to kickstart a career in paid social advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Meta Ads Intern, you will assist the performance marketing team in:
Setting up and managing Meta Ads campaigns across Facebook & Instagram
Assisting in audience research, segmentation,



and targeting
Collaborating with the creative team on ad copies and visuals
Monitoring daily campaign performance (CTR, CPC, CPM, Conversions)
Running A/B tests on creatives, copies, and audience sets
Preparing and sharing performance reports with actionable insights
Supporting budget optimization and scaling strategies
Keeping up with the latest Meta Ads updates, tools, and best practices

Qualifications:

Educational Background:
Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field (preferred)

Skills & Knowledge:
Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and campaign structures
Familiarity with paid social KPIs like CTR, CPC, CPM, and ROAS
Robust analytical mindset with attention to detail
Good written English for ad copies and creative communication
Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel; familiarity with Meta Business Suite is a plus
Meta Blueprint Certification (optional but preferred)
Eagerness to learn, adapt, and thrive in a rapid-paced, performance-driven setting

Job Types: Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
