Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced, well-connected Marketing Manager to drive B2B sales and business development for our PVC and HDPE pipe manufacturing unit. The ideal candidate already has an established network of dealers, distributors, contractors, and institutional buyers in the pipe/polymer industry, along with strong technical knowledge of pipe specifications and applications. This is a high-ownership role with a clear growth path to Chief Marketing Officer for the right performer.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute the marketing and sales strategy for PVC and HDPE pipes across target markets (agriculture/irrigation, plumbing, sewage & drainage, water supply, construction).
Identify, approach, and close deals with dealers, distributors, contractors, builders, and government/institutional buyers (irrigation departments, PHED, municipal bodies, etc.).
Leverage and expand an existing network of buyers and industry contacts to generate new business.
Represent the company at industry trade shows, exhibitions, and dealer meets.
Track market trends, competitor pricing, and product positioning; recommend pricing and product strategy accordingly.
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-value B2B deals.




Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure orders are fulfilled to buyer specifications and timelines.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and MIS for management review.
Build, mentor, and eventually lead a marketing/sales team as the business scales.

Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience specifically in PVC/HDPE pipe or allied polymer/plastics industry sales and marketing.
Demonstrated, verifiable network of PVC/HDPE buyers, dealers, and distributors — this is a must-have, not a nice-to-have.
Robust technical understanding of pipe manufacturing, IS standards, and product applications.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
Willingness to travel extensively for client visits and industry events.
Willingness to relocate to Dhama, Sambalpur, or commute daily using own vehicle.
