Key Responsibilities:
Promote and detail company products to doctors, hospitals, clinics and healthcare professionals.
Generate prescriptions through effective scientific product detailing.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
Develop and maintain robust professional relationships with doctors, chemists, stockists and distributors.
Conduct regular doctor and chemist calls as per the company plan.
Ensure effective coverage of the assigned territory and maintain productive call frequency.
Execute company promotional activities and marketing strategies.
Coordinate with distributors and stockists to ensure product availability.
Monitor sales performance and identify opportunities for territory growth.
Collect market intelligence, competitor information and customer feedback.
Maintain effective doctor and customer relationships.
Submit Daily Call Reports (DCR), tour plans and other required reports on time.
Maintain ethical selling practices and represent the company professionally.

Eligibility:




Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
Candidates with experience in Orthopaedics, Gastroenterology, Gynaecology or Cardiology will be preferred.
Graduate in any discipline; B.Pharm / B.Sc / Life Sciences graduates preferred.
Valuable communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Strong doctor relationship management skills.
Valuable knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and territory management.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Ability to work independently and achieve sales objectives.
Candidates currently working in the respective headquarters will be preferred.
