We are looking for an experienced Odoo Developer to join our ERP / Digital Transformation team. The candidate will be responsible for developing, customizing, integrating, debugging, and maintaining Odoo applications and modules while supporting business process requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize Odoo modules based on business requirements.
Work extensively with Python, Odoo ORM/Framework, XML/QWeb, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL.
Configure, customize, debug, troubleshoot, and maintain Odoo applications.
Work on Odoo modules including POS, Inventory, Sales/CRM, Purchase, MRP, and Accounting.
Develop and integrate REST APIs and third-party applications with Odoo.
Understand ERP business processes and participate in the Odoo implementation lifecycle.
Perform Odoo migration, version upgrades, and related technical activities.
Identify and resolve technical issues and provide ongoing application support.
Collaborate with functional and business teams to understand requirements and deliver appropriate Odoo solutions.
Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on experience in Odoo Development.
Strong proficiency in
Python
Odoo ORM / Odoo Framework
XML / QWeb
JavaScript
HTML / CSS
PostgreSQL
Robust experience in custom Odoo module development and customization.
Good debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with REST API and third-party integrations.
Positive understanding of ERP business processes and implementation.
Odoo Functional Experience Hands-on experience with the following Odoo modules is preferred:
Odoo POS
Inventory
Sales / CRM
Purchase
MRP
Accounting
Preferred Industry Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following industries will be strongly preferred:
