Role & Responsibilities
Drive business growth for company's Automotive Design division in India and international markets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV companies and mobility startups.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers across design, engineering and product teams.
Understand client requirements and present Desmanias automotive design capabilities effectively.
Work closely with the design team to prepare proposals and support current business opportunities.
Represent the company in client meetings, exhibitions, conferences and industry events.
Track automotive industry trends, current technologies and market opportunities to identify potential business areas.
Work closely with senior leadership to develop new markets and expand the company’s global presence.
Maintain regular communication with existing and potential clients and build long-term business relationships.




Travel within India and internationally as required for client meetings and business development activities.

Preferred Candidate Profile
5–10 years of experience in Automotive Business Development, Strategic Marketing, Consulting or Product Planning.
Good understanding of automotive design, styling, product development or engineering.
Experience working with automotive OEMs, Tier-1 suppliers, EV companies or mobility startups will be preferred.
Strong business development and client relationship management skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
Should be comfortable interacting with senior specialists and decision-makers.
Passionate about automobiles, design, innovation and emerging mobility trends.
Self-driven, proactive and comfortable working independently.
Willingness to travel within India and internationally.
A technical or design background along with business/marketing experience will be an added advantage.
