Penieltech is seeking a skilled Odoo Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding client requirements, configuring Odoo modules, and delivering tailored solutions.
Responsibilities
Analyse client business processes and requirements to propose suitable Odoo solutions.
Configure, customize, and deploy Odoo ERP modules such as Accounting, Inventory, CRM, HRMS, and Manufacturing.
Conduct end-user training sessions and provide documentation for Odoo functionalities.
Collaborate with the technical team for advanced customizations and integrations.
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues during and after implementation.
Provide ongoing support and ensure client satisfaction with Odoo solutions.
Stay updated with Odoo's latest features and developments to offer cutting-edge solutions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
4+ years of experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or in ERP implementation.
Robust understanding of Odoo modules and their business applications.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage client expectations.
Preferred Skills
Certification in Odoo or ERP systems is an advantage.
Knowledge of the Middle East business setting and VAT compliance.
Experience in managing multi-industry Odoo implementations.
