Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement marketing plans for solar products and services.
Generate recent leads through online and offline marketing.
Promote solar projects, rooftop systems, and other solar solutions.
Conduct customer meetings, exhibitions, events, and promotional activities.
Coordinate with the sales team to convert marketing leads into customers.
Study market trends, competitors, and customer requirements.
Build and maintain relationships with customers and business partners.
Prepare marketing reports and track campaign performance.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure effective use of resources.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
3–7 years of experience in marketing; solar/renewable energy experience is preferred.
Valuable communication and presentation skills.
Knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
Strong customer-handling and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Willingness to travel when required.

Pay: From ₹30,000.00 per month
