Portfolio Manager – Real Estate Sales

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1–3 Years in Real Estate Sales

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain a portfolio of real estate clients.
Build strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable properties.
Handle property presentations, site visits, negotiations, and closures.
Follow up with leads and ensure a smooth sales process.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in real estate sales.
Solid communication and negotiation skills.
Positive client-handling and relationship-management skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Knowledge of the Bangalore real estate market is preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹55,867.86 per month
