Job Responsibilities
Collect blood samples from patients through venipuncture and capillary/finger-stick techniques.
Ensure proper patient identification before sample collection.
Handle, label, and store blood and other diagnostic samples accurately.
Maintain sample integrity and ensure timely transfer of samples to the laboratory.
Follow proper infection control, hygiene, and biomedical waste management procedures.
Maintain accurate records of patient details, sample collection, and related documentation.
Explain the sample collection procedure to patients and provide a comfortable and skilled experience.
Ensure availability and proper handling of phlebotomy equipment and supplies.
Follow all clinic/laboratory SOPs and safety protocols.
Coordinate with the laboratory and clinic team for smooth sample processing.
Assist with other sample collection activities such as urine, stool, or sputum collection when required.

Eligibility & Requirements:
Qualification: DMLT / BMLT / Phlebotomy certification Mandatory
Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital, diagnostic centre, clinic,



or pathology laboratory preferred.
Freshers with proper phlebotomy training may also be considered.
Strong knowledge of blood collection and sample handling.
Valuable communication and patient-handling skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Should be comfortable working in a clinical/diagnostic environment.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
