Core Responsibilities
Patient Interaction: Greeting, verifying identity, explaining procedures, easing anxiety, and ensuring comfort.
Sample Collection: Performing venipuncture using proper techniques (vacutainer), locating optimal veins, and applying bandages.
Sample Handling: Accurate labeling, secure storage, and prompt, safe transport to the laboratory.
Safety & Hygiene: Maintaining a sterile workplace, proper disposal of bio-medical waste, and following infection control.
Logistics & Admin: Scheduling visits, managing inventory (needles, vials), and updating patient records/databases.
Patient Prep: Informing patients about pre-test requirements (e.g., fasting).

Key Skills & Requirements
Technical: Proven venipuncture skills, knowledge of sample collection methods.




Soft Skills: Excellent communication, compassion, detail-orientation, and professionalism.
Knowledge: Understanding of safety protocols, infection control, and NABL/CAP standards.
Logistics: Ability and willingness to travel to various locations.

Work Setting
Mobile/Field-based: Primarily traveling to patients' residences.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Contractual / Temporary

Pay: ₹10,100.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
