Role & responsibilities
Lead and manage the QC team and inspection activities.
Implement QC standards, SOPs, and inspection processes.
Monitor product quality during development and production.
Handle QC communication with international teams in USA, UK, and Germany.
Coordinate with suppliers/factories to resolve quality issues.
Conduct supplier audits and drive quality improvements.
Ensure compliance with approved packaging, labels, artworks, and specifications.
Maintain QC reports, defect analysis, CAPA, and vendor scorecards.
Track KPIs such as rejection rates, defects, and supplier performance.

Preferred candidate profile
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Knowledge of QC/QA systems, AQL standards, and export compliance.
Experience in both apparel and hardgoods categories.
Solid analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting systems.
815 years of QC/QA experience in export houses, sourcing companies, or buying offices.
Experience managing multi-category sourcing QC operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Fashion, Production, Quality Management, or related field preferred.
