Role Description The Operation Executive role is a full time, in office position based in Vellore. The role involves supporting day-to-day branch operations, including processing customer applications, verifying documentation, and ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

The Operation

Executive will coordinate with sales and credit teams to facilitate smooth loan disbursements,



manage data entry and record maintenance, and monitor operational workflows for accuracy and timeliness.

Responsibilities also include handling customer queries related to operations, preparing basic reports and MIS, and contributing to continuous process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer experience.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess strong Operations and Operations Management skills for handling branch processes and workflows.
Candidates should possess Analytical Skills for reviewing documents, validating data, and supporting decision-making.
Candidates should possess Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills for effective collaboration and customer interaction.
Relevant experience in banking, NBFC, or financial services operations will be beneficial.
Basic proficiency in MS Office and data entry tools, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Minimum educational qualification of a bachelor’s degree in commerce, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, adhere to timelines, and maintain high ethical and compliance standards.
