Role & responsibilities
Preparation of department wise procedures, WI, Standards, Formats etc.as required with HOD and concern department head discussion.
Responsible for review and update QMS manual and procedures as per requirement for continual improvements, any auditor observation, NC closer requirements etc.
Responsible for backend support to QMS manager during audits, MRM or any other issue observed.
Responsible for competency mapping and awareness training to QMS team for their skill upgradation.
Responsible for HOD's assign QMS related projects completion on time.
Responsible for participation in Gemba audit, CFT meeting, Safety Meeting, MRM or any QMS related meeting with another departments.
Responsible for verification of internal audit, Coherence review, Customer audit, Registration form, Customer agreement or any other documents prepared and submitted by QMS team.
