Job Title: Purchase Executive Cum Store Keeper

Location: Bangalore

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Job Responsibilities:
Manage the purchase of raw materials, ingredients, packaging materials, and other required items.
Identify and coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain quality materials at competitive prices.
Maintain proper stock levels and ensure timely availability of materials.
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and invoices.
Maintain accurate records of purchases, stock receipts, issues, and inventory balances.
Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests based on requirements.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies.
Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of all materials in the store.
Coordinate with the kitchen, production, and management teams regarding material requirements.
Follow proper FIFO/FEFO practices wherever applicable.




Maintain purchase and inventory-related documents and ensure records are updated regularly.
Negotiate with vendors regarding prices, quality, delivery schedules, and payment terms.
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and maintained according to company standards.

Requirements:
Previous experience in purchase, procurement, or store management is preferred.
Valuable knowledge of inventory management and basic documentation.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Excel is preferred.
Ability to maintain accurate records and manage day-to-day store operations.
Candidates with experience in the food, restaurant, or hospitality industry will be preferred.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
