Role Overview

We're looking for a junior Operations Executive to monitor overall app performance in the production workplace, focusing on business operations and SRE-related monitoring. This role is central to keeping an eye on , catching discrepancies on app performance and acting on them per defined SOPs.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor overall application performance across production settings
Continuously monitor email alerts/notifications related to SRE and act on them promptly (escalate, log, or resolve as per SOP)
Perform feature-wise checks to ensure functionality is working as expected
Perform PG (payment gateway)-wise monitoring and checks
Log and manage issues through the ticketing tool
Escalate anomalies to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner

Requirements




01 year of experience in business operations, monitoring, or a similar support function
Comfortable reading and acting on emails/alerts
Ability to learn and use a ticketing tool (prior experience with other specialized tools not required)
Quick learner, sharp, and able to independently judge when to escalate vs. resolve
Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM 4 AM) with periodic week-to-week shift rotation

Valuable to Have
Basic understanding of payment gateways or fintech/banking data flows
Prior exposure to production support or NOC-style monitoring roles
