Mealawe is looking for a proactive Operations Executive to manage daily food delivery operations, coordinating between kitchens, riders, and customers to ensure smooth fulfillment and service quality.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor live food orders from placement to delivery.
Coordinate with partner kitchens for preparation and dispatch.
Track rider allocation and delivery timelines.
Resolve operational issues (delays, rider unavailability).
Maintain delivery SLAs and customer satisfaction standards.
Prepare daily operational reports.
Requirements
13 years of experience in operations, logistics, or food delivery.
Solid communication and multitasking skills.
Problem-solving mindset and quick decision-making ability.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
Ability to work rotational shifts/weekends.
KPIs
Order fulfillment rate and on-time delivery performance.
Rider and kitchen coordination efficiency.
Customer complaint resolution time.
