Summary of Role:

Central point of contact for all product, marketing and sales-related tasks and issues in the assigned product area in India.

Position in Detail:
Product Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire lifecycle of medical device products, from development to market launch and post-market surveillance.
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, prospects, and customer needs.
Strategic Planning: Develop and execute product strategies aligned with organizational goals and market demands.
Marketing Execution: Design and implement marketing plans tailored to the medical device/pharma industry, including campaigns, branding, and promotional strategies.
Sales Collaboration: Build robust relationships with the sales team, providing them with product training, promotional materials, and tools to drive revenue.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams (Regulatory, Quality) and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.

Qualifications, Experience and skillset required:
Education:



MBA/PGDM from a reputed management institute with a specialization in Marketing, Strategy, or Healthcare Management.
Experience: Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in the medical device or Pharmaceutical industry.
Proven expertise in product management, marketing, and cross-functional team leadership.
Core Competencies: Analytical Skills: Ability to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights.
Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy and precision in all deliverables.
Presentation & Communication: Exceptional skills to articulate complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
