Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of press machines.
Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues.
Inspect press components such as dies, cylinders, bearings, gears, clutches, brakes, and lubrication systems.
Carry out planned maintenance as per the maintenance schedule.
Attend machine breakdowns and restore equipment safely and quickly.
Identify root causes of recurring machine failures and implement corrective actions.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, and breakdown reports.
Monitor critical spare parts and coordinate replacement when required.
Support machine installation, commissioning, modification, and improvement activities.
Follow safety procedures, LOTO requirements, and 5S standards.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, and Engineering teams to reduce downtime.
Ensure machines operate within required performance and safety parameters.
