The candidate will be responsible for client coordination, quotation preparation, order processing, follow-ups, and maintaining sales MIS. The role requires experience in safety services & in electrical domain.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate with sales team for daily sales activities
Handle client communication through email, phone & WhatsApp
Prepare quotations, proforma invoices & sales orders
Maintain sales data and reports in MS Excel
Track enquiries from lead generation to order closure
Follow up with clients for approvals and payments
Coordinate with production, dispatch and accounts departments
Maintain customer records and documentation
Prepare daily and weekly sales MIS reports
Support tender documentation when required
Solid communication skills (English mandatory)
Valuable working knowledge of MS Excel & MS Word
Quotation, Invoice & Challan preparation & follow-up handling
Client coordination and documentation skills
Basic CRM knowledge preferred

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline

09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
Monday to Saturday
