The candidate will monitor customer conversations across social media and other online platforms, respond to queries and complaints professionally, and ensure a positive brand image.

Key Responsibilities: Monitor brand mentions and customer conversations across online and social media platforms. Respond to customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.



Resolve customer concerns while maintaining brand guidelines and communication standards. Identify potential reputation issues and escalate them when required. Maintain a positive online brand reputation.

Requirements: Graduate candidates only. Minimum 1 year of ORM experience. Robust written and verbal English communication skills. Ability to handle customer interactions professionally. Comfortable working in rotational shifts.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
