Job Summary

We are looking for a results-driven PPC Specialist with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Google Ads to plan, execute, optimize, and manage paid advertising campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for driving qualified traffic, leads, and conversions while maximizing ROI.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and search-term analysis.
Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, targeting, bids, and campaign assets.
Monitor and optimize campaign performance based on CPC, CTR, CPA, CPL, conversion rate, and ROAS.
Manage advertising budgets and ensure efficient utilization.
Perform negative keyword optimization, bid management, and audience targeting.
Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Ads and Google Tag Manager.
Analyze campaign performance using GA4 and other analytics tools.




Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide actionable insights.
Identify underperforming campaigns and implement corrective measures.
Stay updated with Google Ads features, policies, and PPC best practices.

Required Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in PPC/Google Ads.
Solid knowledge of Google Search Ads, Display Ads, Performance Max, and YouTube Ads.
Valuable understanding of keyword research, match types, negative keywords, and bidding strategies.
Working knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
Valuable knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets for reporting and analysis.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Google Ads certification is preferred.

Education Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
