OTSM Consultant / Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Manage and support OTSM/ITSM processes including Incident, Problem, Change, Request and Configuration Management.

Monitor IT/OT infrastructure, applications, services and operational events.

Handle L2/L3 incident troubleshooting, root-cause analysis and service restoration.

Coordinate with infrastructure, application, network, security and vendor teams for issue resolution.

Develop and maintain service workflows, dashboards, reports and operational KPIs.

Support automation of repetitive operational and service-management activities.

Maintain CMDB/service configuration data and ensure data accuracy.

Participate in major incident management, RCA and continual service improvement activities.

Ensure compliance with defined SLAs, OLAs and operational procedures.

Prepare operational documentation, knowledge articles and standard operating procedures.

Identify prospects to improve service availability, performance and operational efficiency.
