This role sits at the front line of PARA's business development engine. Working closely with the growth and operations team, the Outreach Telecaller will be responsible for initiating high-quality conversations with prospective clients, qualifying interest, and building the pipeline that fuels PARA's expansion. Beyond calling, the role involves maintaining accurate lead records and contributing to how PARA refines its outreach approach over time.
The ideal candidate will bring confidence on the phone, resilience through high call volumes, and the ability to represent PARA's offerings clearly and persuasively to a wide range of prospects.
What You'll Do
Make outbound calls and LinkedIn outreaches to prospective clients — corporates, institutions, and educational bodies and individuals — from provided leads and databases.
Clearly communicate PARA's programmes and value proposition to generate genuine interest.
Qualify leads based on fit, budget, and decision-making authority.
Schedule follow-up calls and meetings for the business development team.
Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of calls,
outcomes, and lead status in CRM/tracking sheets.
Follow up consistently with warm and cold leads to move them through the pipeline.
Share feedback from calls to help refine outreach scripts and targeting.
Requirements
0–2 years of experience in telecalling, tele-sales, or outbound outreach.
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi/Kannada.
Confident, persuasive phone presence with a skilled tone.
Basic proficiency with spreadsheets/CRM tools.
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail in record-keeping.
Highly Desirable
Prior experience in B2B outreach, ed-tech, or the training/consulting sector.
Familiarity with the L&D; or corporate training space.
Comfort with high call volumes and handling rejection without losing consistency.
