Combat Fitness Cult (CFC) is seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, drive lead generation, and support the organization's SEO and website performance. The role suits a data-driven qualified capable of independently planning, executing, and optimizing digital marketing initiatives that contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Marketing (Meta & Google Ads)
Plan, execute, and manage paid advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and A/B testing to improve performance
Generate quality leads and optimize campaigns for conversions and ROI
Manage advertising budgets efficiently

SEO
Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis
Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies
Monitor search rankings and organic traffic

Website & Digital Presence Management
Manage website content updates and landing pages




Ensure website accuracy, functionality, and optimization
Coordinate with developers and designers as required

Analytics & Reporting
Track and report on campaign performance and lead quality
Use insights from Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, and Google Ads to guide strategy

Requirements
Proven experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns with measurable results
Working knowledge of SEO tools and best practices
Familiarity with website management platforms (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools
Solid analytical and communication skills

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
