Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end execution of Solar Rooftop, commercial & industrial projects.
Prepare project execution plans, schedules, and resource requirements.
Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, vendors, and customers.
Monitor site activities, installation, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline, budget, and quality standards.
Monitor manpower, materials, equipment, and site resources.
Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues.
Ensure compliance with safety and quality requirements.
Coordinate with the procurement and engineering teams for timely availability of materials.
Prepare quotation for customers
Prepare project progress reports and updates for management.
Ensure smooth project handover and completion documentation.

Qualifications & Experience
B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or a relevant discipline.
Experience in Solar Rooftop or Renewable Energy EPC project execution preferred.
Solid project planning, coordination, and team management skills.
5 to 10 years
