WE’RE HIRING | OUTREACH OFFICER – ADMISSIONS

Prestige Institute of Management and Research (PIMR), a Deemed-to-be University, Indore, is looking for agile, result-oriented and passionate professionals to join our Admissions Outreach Team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain robust relationships with Principals, Directors, Counsellors, Faculty members and other education stakeholders.
Conduct regular institution visits, student interactions, seminars and counselling sessions.
Promote relevant UG and PG programmes and provide accurate information regarding admissions, eligibility and scholarships.
Generate qualified enquiries and ensure timely follow-up from lead generation through application and admission.
Support education fairs, admission drives, career guidance programmes and local outreach campaigns.
Gather competitor and market intelligence on courses, fees, scholarships, student preferences and market trends.
Maintain accurate CRM and lead records and submit daily,



weekly and monthly activity reports.
Coordinate with the Admissions and Marketing Teams for lead nurturing, campaigns and conversions.
Represent the Prestige brand professionally and adhere to approved communication and brand guidelines.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification will be an added advantage.
1–4 years of experience in Admissions, Education Outreach, Business Development, Sales, Counselling or Field Marketing is preferred.
Excellent communication, presentation, networking, relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Target-oriented, self-driven and comfortable with extensive field travel.
Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local/regional language will be preferred.
Basic proficiency in MS Office/Excel and CRM tools.
