Lead enterprise-wide sustainability transformation initiatives across manufacturing operations

Embed sustainability into core shop floor processes—not as a parallel agenda, but a value engine
N
Deliver tangible outcomes, including:

Anchor 'digital for decarbonization' agenda

Energy cost reduction
N
Digital enablement of circular business operations
N
Carbon emissions reduction across Scope 1, 2, 3 (and beyond)
N
Digital enablement of carbon emissions avoidance

Digital acceleration ofsustainable product innovation

Enhancing Sustainable Business revenue

Leverage digital and Industry 4.0 capabilities (IoT, advanced analytics, MES/ERP integration) to scale impact

Partner closely with executive leadership to drive governance, alignment, and delivery

nWhat We're LookingFor

10+ years' experience in transformation, operations, or manufacturing leadership
N
Robust background in discrete manufacturing (automotive, industrial equipment, engineering)
N
Proven track record of delivering board-sponsored transformation programs
N
Hands-on experience working in shop floor settings
N
Expertise in:

Sustainability / decarbonization in manufacturing
N
Digital platform development and implementation
N
Innovation and multi-party transformation anchorage
N
Digital manufacturing /Industry 4.0
N
Ability to bridge strategy and execution with credibility at both plant and board level
