Handle customer queries via email, chat, and web chat platforms.
Provide timely and effective solutions to customers' issues.

Shift
7AM-12AM (Day Rotational Shift any 9 hours)
- 7AM-4PM
- 8AM-5PM
- 9AM-6PM
- 10AM-7PM
- 11AM-8PM
- 12PM-9PM
- 1PM-10PM
- 2PM-11PM
- 3PM-12AM
Location: Ambit IT Park, Ambattur Chennai.
- We can consider your profile only you are under our Transport boundary limits.
- We will provide a one-way cab facility for employees whose shifts end between 10:00 PM and 12:00 AM.
- Looking for immediate joiners- (within a week time)
- Walk-In Location: 82/30, AMBIT IT PARK Ambattur Industrial Estate 2nd Main Rd, Sai Nagar, Ambattur Industrial Estate, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600058.
- Walk In - Monday to Friday Morning 11AM to 3PM.
- Exclude Govt Holidays
