About the Role

We are looking for a passionate Croissant Chef / Coffee Professional to join our café team. If you love baking, coffee and creating delicious food, we’d love to have you on board!

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare and bake croissants, cookies and other bakery products
- Handle dough preparation, lamination, shaping, proofing and baking
- Prepare hot & cold coffee and other café beverages
- Maintain consistency in taste, quality and presentation
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene and an organized workstation

Requirements





- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management OR a recognized professional Baking Course/Certification is mandatory
- Freshers/Beginner candidates with a genuine interest in baking & coffee are welcome
- Prior bakery or café experience will be an advantage
- Passion for food, baking and hospitality
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment
