About the Role

Vrindavan Heritage Tower and Chandrodaya Mandir is seeking a proactive, highly structured CSR & Resource Mobilization Lead to drive institutional fundraising, build strategic corporate partnerships, and manage high-net-worth donor relations.

Under Schedule VII of the Companies Act, "protection of national heritage, art, and culture" qualifies for mandatory Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) allocation. You will lead the effort to translate VHT’s cultural and infrastructure vision into compelling corporate proposals, securing capital grants, corporate sponsorships, and philanthropic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities & Scope

1. Corporate CSR & Institutional Partnerships

- Pipeline Generation: Identify, map, and engage corporate houses, public sector undertakings (PSUs), and philanthropic foundations meeting Indian CSR mandates.
- Proposal & Pitching: Develop formal CSR proposals, concept notes, and pitch decks aligned with Schedule VII guidelines (heritage preservation, social impact, and community development).
- Compliance & Legal Documentation: Coordinate with legal and finance teams to oversee CSR agreement documentation, MCA Form CSR-1 filings, and utilization certificates.

2. Major Donor Stewardship & Resource Mobilization

- HNWI Outreach: Cultivate relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs), family offices, and major donors.
- Donor Journey Management: Build a structured donor journey—from initial engagement and site visits to formal stewardship, recognition, and regular updates.
- Campaign Support: Collaborate with the Brand & Communications team to launch targeted funding drives for specific project milestones (e.g., hall construction, heritage research,



or community kitchens).

3. Reporting, Impact & Analytics

- Utilisation & Impact Reports: Prepare audit-ready CSR impact assessments and project utilization reports for corporate donors to ensure full compliance with regulatory standards.
- Pipeline Tracking: Maintain a transparent CRM database of active leads, proposal statuses, pledge commitments, and renewal timelines.

Candidate Requirements

- Experience: 3–6 years in corporate fundraising, CSR grant management, or institutional resource mobilization for non-profits or major cultural institutions.
- Knowledge Base: Strong understanding of Section 135 of the Companies Act, Schedule VII provisions, Form CSR-1, 12A/80G tax exemptions, and corporate CSR reporting.
- Communication Skills: Excellent corporate pitching, presentation, and written proposal skills with high professional polish.
- Cultural Alignment: High maturity, professional integrity, and deep respect for the spiritual mission and heritage of Vrindavan Heritage Tower and Chandrodaya Mandir.

Quarterly Performance Bonus Framework

- Fixed Base: ₹25,000/- to ₹30,000/- per month.
- Quarterly Bonus Pool: Up to ₹45,000 bonus at the end of each quarter if they meet specific targets:
- Tier 1 Target (100% Bonus): Securing ₹25 Lakhs+ in CSR/donations.
- Tier 2 Target (50% Bonus): Securing ₹10 Lakhs+ in CSR/donations.
- Zero Bonus: If no proposals are converted or active corporate meetings generated.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹34,618.27 per month
