Role Description The CSR Fundraiser will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing relationships with individual donors, corporate partners, and other stakeholders to secure funding for the trust’s initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include researching potential donors, preparing proposals, coordinating CSR partnership pitches, and managing follow-ups through calls, emails, and virtual meetings. The role involves planning and executing fundraising campaigns, maintaining accurate donor records, and preparing regular reports on fundraising performance and impact.





The CSR Fundraiser will collaborate with program and communication teams to develop compelling narratives, case studies, and outreach materials that align with donor interests and CSR objectives. This is a full time remote role, requiring proactive communication, self-management, and the ability to work effectively with a distributed team.

Qualifications

- Experience in fundraising, CSR partnerships, or donor relations, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, including the ability to create persuasive proposals, emails, and reports.
- Basic knowledge of corporate social responsibility practices and familiarity with how organizations structure CSR initiatives.
- Organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple opportunities, deadlines, and stakeholder interactions.
- Comfort with remote work tools and digital platforms for outreach, meetings, and documentation.
- Demonstrated integrity, empathy, and commitment to social impact and nonprofit work.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; additional certifications or experience in fundraising, marketing, or social work are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the nonprofit or social sector is preferred but not mandatory.
