Job Title: CRM Executive – Neo Dove CRM

Job Overview:

We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented CRM Executive to manage and handle Neo Dove CRM operations end-to-end. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining customer data, managing leads, Distributing leads ,updating records, coordinating with the sales team, and ensuring timely follow-ups and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle Neo Dove by Vyapar CRM operations from lead creation to closure.
- Add, update, and maintain accurate customer, dealer, distributor, and lead information in the CRM.
- Manage the complete lead lifecycle, including lead entry, assignment, follow-up, conversion, and closure.
- Track and update sales enquiries, orders, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the sales and field teams for timely lead follow-ups and updates.
- Monitor pending and upcoming follow-ups and ensure timely action.
- Maintain proper records of customer communication, orders, payments, and sales status.
- Generate and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly CRM reports.
- Monitor CRM data accuracy and ensure that all required information is updated regularly.
- Track sales activities and provide relevant updates to management.




- Assist in identifying pending, inactive, and converted leads through CRM data.
- Handle CRM-related queries and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.
- Ensure proper documentation and smooth end-to-end CRM management.

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Previous experience in CRM handling, MIS, sales coordination, or backend operations will be preferred.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
- Robust communication and coordination skills.
- Good data-entry and documentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain accuracy.
- Willingness to learn and work on Neo Dove by Vyapar and related systems.
