We are looking for a CRM Implementation & Customer Engagement Executive with 2–3 years of experience to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

- Implement and configure CRM solutions for Restaurant & Retail businesses
- Configure Customer Segmentation, Feedback, Loyalty & Automated Campaigns
- Handle WhatsApp Business onboarding and CRM integration
- Understand customer journeys and configure automation workflows
- Conduct requirement gathering, UAT, testing, training & go-live
- Provide functional support and troubleshoot CRM-related issues
- Work closely with clients, Product, Support & Development teams

Requirements





- 2–3 years' experience in CRM / SaaS / ERP Implementation
- Experience in CRM configuration and client implementation
- Restaurant / F&B; / Retail / POS experience preferred
- Knowledge of Loyalty, Marketing Automation, Feedback Management or WhatsApp Business is an advantage
- Good client-handling, communication & problem-solving skills
- Solid understanding of POS → Customer → CRM → Marketing workflows
