We’re building our creative production team in Pune and are looking for passionate people who want to work across commercial photography, filmmaking, e-commerce, advertising, social media and post-production.

If you enjoy creating visuals, working with cameras, experimenting with lighting, editing footage or turning raw images into polished commercial content, we’d love to see your work.

? IMPORTANT: All positions are Pune-based and require candidates to be available to work from our studio in Bavdhan, Pune.

? PHOTOGRAPHER / VIDEOGRAPHERWe’re looking for a creative visual shooter who understands both photography and videography.

What you’ll work on:

• Product & e-commerce photography

• Lifestyle & creative product shoots

• Reels & product videos

• Commercial photography

• Brand films & advertising projects

• Studio lighting and camera setups

• BTS and social media content

• Shot planning and execution

• Equipment setup and handling

• Image/video data management

We’re looking for:

• Good understanding of photography and videography

• Knowledge of cameras, lenses and lighting

• Good composition and visual sense

• Understanding of exposure, focus, frame rates and white balance

• Ability to follow creative briefs and shot lists

• Willingness to learn and experiment

Own camera/equipment is an advantage, but not mandatory.

? PHOTO EDITOR / RETOUCHERIf you have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy transforming raw images into polished commercial visuals, this role is for you.

What you’ll work on:

• Product & e-commerce image editing

• Background removal & masking

• Clipping paths

• Colour correction

• Dust, scratch and object removal

• Product and fabric cleanup

• Shape correction & controlled liquify

• Shadow creation

• Lifestyle image retouching

• Commercial retouching





• Batch editing and file preparation

We’re looking for:

• Strong Photoshop skills

• Good understanding of layers, masks and selections

• Understanding of colour and exposure

• Excellent attention to detail

• Ability to maintain consistency across large batches

• Lightroom/Capture One knowledge is an advantage

? VIDEO EDITORWe’re looking for someone who understands visual storytelling, pacing and modern social content.

What you’ll work on:

• Instagram Reels

• Product videos

• BTS content

• Social media campaigns

• YouTube videos

• Brand films

• Commercial video content

• Colour correction & basic grading

• Audio cleanup

• Titles, graphics & transitions

• Different formats and aspect ratios

We’re looking for:

• Good knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro

• Basic After Effects knowledge is an advantage

• Good sense of timing, pacing and music

• Understanding of basic colour correction

• Organised project/file management

• Ability to work with raw camera footage and meet deadlines
