Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment for both plant-level and corporate positions. If you have strong sourcing skills and can handle high-volume non-IT hiring, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment — from requirement gathering to onboarding
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, referrals, and walk-ins
- Handle plant hiring (worker/supervisor level) and corporate hiring (staff/executive level)
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure smooth offer & joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment trackers and update candidate pipelines

Required Skills

- End-to-end recruitment & sourcing
- Experience in non-IT hiring
- Exposure to both plant and corporate hiring
- Valuable communication and stakeholder management skills
