Company Description MyTheraverseOS NeuroCare Private Limited is building an AI-native, unified care ecosystem for neurodiverse children and their families. The platform connects biology, diagnosis, therapy, clinicians, specialists, and schools to create a single, comprehensive view of each child’s care journey. Families gain centralized health records, structured insights, therapy tracking, team-oriented care, and access to evidence-based research in one place.

By integrating fragmented services into a coordinated system, MyTheraverseOS transforms daily chaos into data-driven, compassionate care. The company’s vision is to become the operating system for neurodiverse care, improving outcomes for children while easing the emotional and logistical burden on families.

What you'll own

- The operating system: weekly priorities, OKRs, dashboards, decision logs — the rhythm the whole company runs on
- Building and leading the team: fellows, advisors, clinicians, vendors, first hires
- Finance ops: budgets, unit economics per parent/therapist/school, grant fund utilization and reporting, monthly close with our CA
- Legal and compliance: contracts, NDAs, ESOP administration, DPDP readiness, company secretarial with our counsel
- Partnerships execution: therapy centers, schools, and hospitals - from signed MoU to live pilot to paying account




- Fundraising readiness: data room, investor pipeline, diligence - sitting beside me in the room, not behind me
- Launch execution: the 100-family mone and the first 15 centres are yours to deliver

You are

- 8+ years in operations, chief-of-staff, consulting, or startup leadership; you've scaled something from messy to repeatable
- A systems builder equally at home in a spreadsheet and in a clinic waiting room
- Calm under chaos, allergic to loose ends, comfortable making calls with incomplete information
- Ready to own outcomes, not tasks and to be judged on them
- Someone who wants their name on a company with real social stakes
- Background in healthcare, healthtech, or neurodiversity-focused services is an advantage, as is experience in early-stage startups.
- Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, management, finance, or a related field.
