Role & Responsibilities
Project Management: Plan, execute, and monitor end-to-end product and business projects across cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Compliance, Audit, Business) within predefined timelines and quality standards.
Product Analysis & Insights: Analyze field KPIs (disbursements, collection efficiency, PAR, customer acquisition) and product performance data to build actionable insights, track key metrics, and suggest policy modifications.
Cashless Collections & Integration: Drive partner onboarding and agreement facilitation (engaging Risk, Legal, IT) with payment partners (e.g., PayU, NPCI, Paytm, Axis Bank), and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Incentive Policy Management: Design, update, and compute monthly incentive payouts aligned with business goals, collaborating with HR, Finance, and Business teams to maintain reporting dashboards.
Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare regular documentations, presentations,



and reports for internal and external stakeholders while managing partner/vendor relationships.

Preferred Candidate Profile
Education: MBA / Masters degree in Business Administration or a related field.
Experience: 3 to 5 years of relevant experience within the Microfinance, NBFC, BFSI, Payments, or Fintech sectors.
Technical Skills: High proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), alongside hands-on capability in R, Python, or data analytics tools.
Functional Exposure: Proven background in project management, vendor/bank partner integration, field KPI tracking, and UAT coordination.
Key Competencies: Solid communication and presentation skills, proactive decision-making, time management, and comfortable managing direct reports.
