Roles & Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end website development & SEO projects.
Define scope, timelines, budgets, milestones, and resources.
Coordinate developers, designers, SEO, and content teams.
Manage client communication, expectations, and project updates.
Track deliverables, KPIs, quality, risks, and dependencies.
Conduct project meetings and maintain documentation using ClickUp/Asana/Jira.
Identify upselling opportunities and support account growth.




Improve project delivery processes and operational efficiency.

Requirements
3–5 years of project management experience in a digital agency.
Experience managing website development and SEO projects.
Working knowledge of WordPress/CMS and contemporary web development workflows.
Understanding of technical, on-page, off-page SEO and content.
Experience managing multiple client projects simultaneously.
Hands-on experience with ClickUp, Asana, Jira, or similar tools.
Knowledge of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall methodologies.
Solid communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
