Penieltech is seeking a highly skilled Paid Campaign Executive with over 5 years of experience to lead and optimize our paid advertising strategies. The ideal candidate will manage PPC campaigns, analyze performance metrics, and drive ROI-focused initiatives across multiple platforms.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and manage paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitive analysis to optimize campaign performance.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROI, etc.) and generate actionable insights.
Develop A/B testing strategies for ad creatives, landing pages, and targeting options.
Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling ad creatives and copy.
Ensure campaigns align with business objectives and deliver measurable results.
Manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Qualifications
Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.




5+ years of proven experience in managing paid campaigns across multiple platforms.
Expertise in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, and other PPC tools.
Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics and Data Studio.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills
Certification in Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint is an advantage.
Experience with programmatic advertising and retargeting campaigns.
Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies is a plus.
Familiarity with Middle East market trends and audience behaviour.
