Project Manager cum Designer

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Key Responsibilities
Manage projects from design stage to final execution.
Prepare 2D layouts, working drawings and design concepts.
Understand client requirements and provide suitable design solutions.
Coordinate with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.
Monitor project timelines, quality and execution.
Conduct site visits and resolve execution-related issues.
Coordinate material procurement and vendor requirements.
Prepare/assist with BOQ, estimates and costing.
Ensure projects are completed within timelines and budget.
Handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills
Robust project management and coordination skills.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and relevant design software.




Knowledge of SketchUp/3D software is an advantage.
Knowledge of construction materials and fabrication.
Basic knowledge of BOQ, estimation and costing.
Good communication, negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage clients, vendors and contractors.
Solid attention to detail and execution skills.

Qualification
Diploma/Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, Architecture or related field.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
