Primary Role (PCDA)

Plan:
Assisting shift incharge in the planning of the production activities/ manufacturing activities in the shifts.
Experience in handling continuous process plant with DCS and SCADA is essential.
Effectively managing HR & IR related departmental issues and imparting discipline in workforce by creating harmonious work workplace.
Implementation and maintenance of IMS in production department under direct supervision to meet business and IMS Policy objectivities besides overview implementation of all Organization-wide IMS initiatives.
Implementation and compliance of QMS ISO 9001:2015, EMS ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, EnMS 50001:2018, GHG ISO 14064:2006, RC 14001:2015 in the department and monitor the effectiveness of the same.

Check (Study/Analyse):
Overview, leadership and Management control and co-ordination with Engineering, HRD, Q.A, Account, Marketing and Materials functions of the Company and establishment of IMS in these areas.




To study plant parameters and analyse shift issues in plant.
To study plant SOP/ Interlocks /Trip settings.

Do (Execute):
Responsible for shift manufacturing operations, including co-ordination of Operations,Engineering and Personnel & Administration Divisions/ Departments and ensuring continuous operation of the plant to meet targeted Production.
Formulation and implementation of Strategies in Plant operations in accordance with business and marketing requirements.
To take prompt action against plant parameter deviations .
To coordinate within department and intra department.
To maintain shift logs.

Act (Standardize): To produced plant daily planned production.

Secondary Role:

To follow EHS guidelines To participate in HAZOP.
