Key Responsibilities
Coordinate end-to-end placement activities for B.Tech students.
Establish and maintain relationships with companies, recruiters, and industry specialists for placement opportunities.
Identify and onboard current companies for campus recruitment and placement drives.
Coordinate with recruiters for job descriptions, eligibility criteria, interview schedules, assessments, and offer rollouts.
Plan and execute campus recruitment drives, including pre-placement talks, tests, interviews, and selection processes.
Maintain accurate records of student profiles, placement data, interviews, selections, and offers.
Ensure timely communication with students regarding placement opportunities, eligibility, schedules, and recruitment processes.
