Responsibilities and Duties
Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules and budgets.
Analyzing technical drawings and providing material and cost estimates.
Prepare quantity sheet from onsite data & drawings.
Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
Ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budgets.
To follow up on the accounts department for payment
Checking and certification of bills and invoices from vendors and contractors
Preparing RA Bills for the Projects (Client and Sub Contractor bills) on a Monthly basis.
Material Reconciliation
To check theoretical consumption of steel, cement & other material supplied free of cost to the contractor and make recovery in case of excess Consumption & wastage.
Qualifications and Skills
Diploma/Degree Civil Engineer
knowledge of MS Office, MS Project and other relevant software.
the ability to think methodically and to manage projects.
Solid multitasking abilities and problem-solving skills.
ability to work to deadlines and within budgets.
ability to maintain an overview of entire projects while continuing to attend to detailed technicalities.
