Position: Placement Officer

Job SummaryClinoGenesis Research Institute is looking for a proactive and result-oriented Placement Officer to manage student placement activities, coordinate with companies, and support students throughout the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and manage placement activities for eligible students.
Identify and connect with potential employers and recruitment partners.
Build and maintain strong relationships with companies and HR professionals.
Share relevant job opportunities with eligible students.
Coordinate interview schedules, assessments, and recruitment drives.
Communicate with students regarding job openings, interview details, and selection processes.
Screen student profiles and match candidates with suitable opportunities based on eligibility and job requirements.
Maintain updated records of student placements, interviews, and employer interactions.
Follow up with companies and candidates regarding interview outcomes and joining status.
Assist students with basic interview preparation and professional communication.




Conduct placement-related activities such as job fairs, recruitment drives, and employer sessions when required.
Prepare regular placement reports and updates for management.
Ensure professional and timely communication with both students and employers.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Prior experience in placement and coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Valuable negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable communicating with candidates, HR professionals, and companies.
Valuable knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Ability to manage multiple candidates and placement activities simultaneously.
Solid follow-up and coordination skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
