Planning Engineer / Planning Coordinator

We are looking for an experienced Planning Engineer / Planning Coordinator to manage project planning, scheduling, progress monitoring, and coordination activities for construction/real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and manage project schedules using Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly project progress against planned targets.
Prepare DPR, WPR, and MPR reports.
Track project milestones and planned vs. actual progress.
Coordinate with site teams, procurement, contractors, and project management teams.
Conduct delay analysis and critical path analysis.
Identify project delays and assist in developing recovery plans.
Maintain project schedules, reports, and relevant project data.
Ensure effective communication and coordination between different project teams.

Required Skills




Strong knowledge of Primavera P6 / MS Project.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and project reporting.
Robust planning and scheduling skills.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Robust project coordination skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate Requirements
B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
3–7 years of experience in planning and project coordination.
Experience in construction or real estate projects preferred.
Candidates should have practical experience with project planning and scheduling tools.
