Job Summary

Schiller Institute Senior Secondary School is looking for a smart, agile, and well-spoken Receptionist cum Admission Counsellor to be the first point of contact for visitors and parents. The role involves managing front desk operations, maintaining a welcoming and organized environment, handling admission counselling, and ensuring accurate data management through ERP systems.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors, parents, and students in a professional and courteous manner.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Provide detailed information about the school, curriculum, facilities, and admission procedures to parents and students.
Counsel parents and students regarding admission processes and guide them through application formalities.
Maintain accurate records of enquiries, admissions, and follow-ups in the ERP system.
Ensure neatness and cleanliness of the reception and front desk area at all times.
Manage appointments and schedules for the principal and administrative team.
Coordinate with various school departments to ensure smooth operations.




Assist with admission events, parent orientations, and open houses.
Perform administrative tasks such as filing, documentation, and data entry.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer operations.
Ability to make accurate entries and manage records in ERP software.
Strong multitasking ability and capability to work under pressure.
Good interpersonal skills with a pleasing and qualified personality.
Prior experience in a school front office or admission counselling is preferred.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
