Roles and Responsibilities :
Oversee the production process to ensure productive fabrication and manufacturing of stainless steel products.
Implement NDT inspection techniques to maintain high-quality standards.
Manage plant operations, including maintenance, repair, and upgrade of equipment and facilities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement recent processes and technologies.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to stainless steel production.
Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and optimize plant performance.

Job Requirements :
Experience working with stainless steel, fabrication, and NDT inspection is desirable.
Knowledge of NDT techniques and their application in manufacturing is an asset.
Solid leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively are required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail are necessary.
Familiarity with industry-specific software and technology is beneficial.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is essential.
