Job Summary The Plant HR Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations at the manufacturing plant, including recruitment, attendance management, employee relations, compliance, and coordination with management to ensure smooth workforce operations.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding
Manage end-to-end recruitment for plant positions such as operators, supervisors, and technicians.
Coordinate interviews with department heads and support onboarding and induction of recent employees.
Attendance & Payroll Coordination
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and shift schedules.
Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for salary processing and statutory deductions.
Employee Relations
Address employee queries, grievances, and maintain positive workplace relations.
Ensure discipline and adherence to company policies within the plant.
HR Documentation
Maintain employee records, joining documents, contracts, and HR files.
Update HR data in ERP or HR systems regularly.
Compliance & Statutory Requirements
Ensure compliance with labor laws,



factory rules, and company policies.
Support audits related to HR, PF, ESIC, and other statutory requirements.
Training & Development
Coordinate training programs for plant employees.
Track skill development and safety training for workers.
Coordination with Management
Work closely with Plant Head and HR Manager to implement HR policies.
Provide HR reports such as manpower status, attrition, and attendance.

Required Skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of labor laws and factory HR practices
Basic knowledge of HR software / ERP systems
Robust coordination and problem-solving skills

Qualification
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience
1–3 years of HR experience, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
