Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator & Video Editor role based in Bangalore, India, focused primarily on creating engaging, Instagram-first content for Maggie’s Pet Meals.

The role involves ideating, scripting, shooting and editing short-form content, with a robust focus on Reels, while also contributing to content for YouTube, websites, campaigns and other digital platforms.

Qualifications

- Strong content creation skills, including ideation, scriptwriting, storytelling and visual communication.




- Proficiency in video shooting and editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar software.
- Experience creating short-form content for Instagram, YouTube or other social platforms.
- Strong understanding of social media trends, formats, hooks, pacing and what makes content engaging and shareable.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, graphic design and visual editing, using tools such as After Effects, Canva or similar.
- Comfortable being in front of the camera and working behind it.
- Ability to work with dogs and genuinely enjoy being around them.
- Ability to work on-site and travel locally for shoots, events and content production.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content requirements and deadlines.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to bring new ideas, trends and creative formats to the table.
- Ability to take feedback, iterate quickly and maintain consistency in Maggie’s brand voice and visual identity.
